TECHNICAL ADVISORY BOARD
Bob Faulkner - has 40 years of experience in the metallurgical industry. Mr. Faulkner has 13 patents related the mineral processing, equipment and control. Areas of expertise include mineral beneficiation, pyro metallurgical design, and testing, operations and control systems. Mr. Faulkner has background in plant operations management, plant start up and evaluation of plant operations. Mr. Faulkner has traveled extensively in the Far East, Middle East, South America and Europe working with governments and private industry on mineral related projects. Mr. Faulkner has presented about 40 technical papers presented and published.

Lawrence M. Handman -
General Manager and Owner of HTH Incorporated - is a licensed
Professional Engineer, in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland,
and Delaware. He received a BS in Chemical Engineering from
Carnegie Institute of Technology in 1967 and an MS in Chemical
Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University in 1969. Mr. Handman
completed all course work and passed the qualifier exam for
a PhD in Chemical Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University.
Mr. Handman worked for Clermont Engineering Company of Philadelphia,
PA from 1972 until 1985, first serving as a Project Engineer,
and ultimately becoming a Project Manager. Clermont was a design-build
contractor for the chemical and industrial ventilation industries
with their own engineering department, vessel fabrication shop,
and construction crews. Mr. Handman designed and managed a
diverse variety of projects including installation of hydrators
on two thermal phosphoric acid plants, and a kiln phosphoric
acid pilot plant.
